How we clean the outside
Most window cleaners still use a bucket, soap and a ladder. We use something better: a water-fed pole system that sends pure, deionized water up to the glass while we stand safely on the ground.
Deionized water has every mineral filtered out. It pulls dirt off the glass, frames and sills, then dries completely clear. There's no soap left behind, and soap is what makes freshly cleaned windows attract dust again within days.

Window cleaning questions
What is deionized water?
It's water with all the minerals filtered out. Because nothing is left in it, it dries without spots, so we don't need soap or a squeegee on the outside glass.
Is it safe for my plants and pets?
Yes. Outside, we use pure water only, with no chemicals running into your garden or yard.
What does the 48-hour promise cover?
Any streaks or water-soluble marks we missed. Tell us within 48 hours of our visit and we'll come back and fix them at no charge.
How do I count my windows?
Count each separate pane of glass you can see. A patio door counts as one. If you're not sure, text us a photo of your home.
